As we searched for the little cubs and their mother, we were fortunate to find them enjoying their breakfast. It was early in the morning, and the lioness was feeding on prey she likely hunted just a few minutes before. Her two young cubs, unable to eat meat on their own, attempted to nibble at the prey. However, they mostly ended up getting messy with blood and grit.
